DESCRIPTION:Eine gewaltvolle Razzia der Polizei im Stonewall Inn in der Chr istopher Street in New York City am 28.06.1969 resultierte in einem fünft ägigen Aufstand der bis zum 03.07.1969 anhielt. Dieser Aufstand richtete sich gegen die queerfeindlichen Polizeikontrollen\, die alltäglichen Übe rgriffe und Queerfeindlichkeit im Allgemeinen. Die Bewegung\, welche den U rsprung für den Christopher Street Day bildete\, beruhte vor allem auf de m Engagement Schwarzer trans Personen\, welche bis heute Diskriminierung e rfahren und unsichtbar gemacht werden.\nAus diesem Grund geht der Kampf um Sichtbarkeit und gegen rassistische Polzeigewalt auch heute immer noch we iter. Vor allem Schwarze und People of Colour sind weltweit und tagtäglic h rassistischen Kontrollen und Gewalt ausgesetzt. Häufig endet sie tödli ch\, wie im Fall von Qosay Sadam Khalaf. Die Polizei ist mit ihrem staatli chem Gewaltmonopol nur eine der zahlreichen gewaltsamen Strukturen. Polize iliche Gewalt soll und will das bestehende System verteidigen\, deshalb ka nn die Polizei nie neutral\, nie objektiv\, nie unpolitisch sein.\nInsbeso ndere queere Personen\, Schwarze und People of Colour sind einer umfassend en strukturellen Gewalt ausgesetzt. Die Diskriminierung und Marginialisier ung bestimmter Personengruppen ist im Kapitalismus vorausgesetzt. Dieser b aut auf einem rassistischen Ausspielen von Arbeiter*innen gegeneinander\, um sich selbst billige Arbeitskräfte zu garantieren. Gleichzeitig stellt ein sexistischer und heteronormativer Normalzustand unbezahlte reproduktiv e Care-Arbeit im Kapitalismus sicher.\nAntirassistische und queere Kämpfe greifen die Grundfeste dieser Gesellschaft an\, da sie den natürlichen S chein der Geschlechter- und Machtverhältnisse brüchig werden lassen. Ein System das auf Ausbeutung und Herrschaft beruht\, kann auf Angriffe nur m it Gewalt reagieren. Unser Protest richtet sich daher nicht nur gegen das Symptom der Polizeigewalt\, sondern gegen die Strukturen als solche.\nVor allem im Pride Monat wird die Instrumentalisierung von Regenbogenflaggen i mmer wieder deutlich. So fährt die Polizei\, die vor 52 Jahren die Riots ausgelöst hat\, heute ironischerweise in einem Regenbogen-Auto durch New York. Kapitalistische Großkonzerne wie z.B. BMW\, Mercedes-Benz und Volks wagen wollen queere Menschen unterstützen – allerdings nur dann\, wenn "marktspezifische gesetzliche Regelungen und landesspezifische kulturelle Aspekte" dies zuließen. So haben sie haben ihre Logos in Regenbogenfarben ausgeschmückt\, jedoch ausschließlich in LGBTQIA+-"freundlichen" Lände rn. Die vermeintliche Unterstützung der LGBTQIA+-Community gilt also nur dort\, wo die Konzerne sich dabei positive wirtschaftliche Effekte erhoffe n und nicht da\, wo es insbesondere nötig ist.\nWährend Großkonzerne (d eren Führungsetagen i.d.R. von einer weißen und cis heteronormativen Meh rheit dominiert werden) sich für ihre "Toleranz" feiern\, ist die LGBTQIA + Community auch in Deutschland noch alltäglich Diskriminierungen ausgese tzt.\nErst kürzlich blockierten deutsche Politiker*innen die Beschlussfin dung zum Antrag "Hass und Hetze gegen LSBTI wirksam bekämpfen"\, die Erg änzung des Antidiskriminierungsartikels im Grundgesetz um das Merkmal "se xuelle Identität" und das Ersetzen des verfassungswidrigen "Transsexuelle ngesetzes" durch das Selbstbestimmungsgesetz. Zudem dürfen Schwule und bi sexuelle Männer in Deutschland immer noch kein Blut spenden\, wenn diese innerhalb eines Jahres Sex mit einem Mann hatten.\nAuch Hasskriminalität gegenüber der LGBTQIA+ community ist in Deutschland ein großes Problem. In 2020 kam es zu 782 Straftaten gegenüber der queeren Community. Die Dun kelziffer wird auf 80-90% geschätzt. Angriffe\, Diskriminierungen\, Belei digungen und Pathologisierungen gehören zum Alltag vieler queerer Mensche n. Laut einer Studie vermeiden 45 Prozent der Befragten oft\, mit ihren Pa rtner*innen in der Öffentlichkeit Händchen zu halten\, weil sie Anfeindu ngen oder Gewalt befürchten.\nEs geht nicht darum\, die Ausbeutung bunter \, vielfältiger oder queerer erscheinen zu lassen oder rassistische Poliz eigewalt hinter einer Regenbogenflagge zu verstecken.\nEs geht darum\, auf die Missstände aufmerksam zu machen und sie zu bekämpfen. Es geht darum \, den gesellschaftlichen Zuständen\, die auf der Ausbeutung und auf Hera bwürdigung von Menschen basieren und durch Polizeigewalt geschützt werde n\, ein Ende zu setzen.\nWir wollen keine Pseudosichtbarkeit und Toleranz\ , sondern strukturelle Veränderungen. This up rising was motivated by anti-queer police stops\, everyday assaults\, and hostility towards queerness in general. The movement that gave rise to Chr istopher Street Day was based primarily on the commitment of Black trans p eople\, who continue to experience discrimination and invisibility to this day.\nFor this reason\, the struggle for visibility and against racist po lice violence continues today. Especially Black people and people of color are exposed to racially motivated controls and violence worldwide and on a daily basis - often ending fatally\, as in the case of Qosay Sadam Khala f. The police\, with its state monopoly on violence\, is only one of the m any violent structures. Police violence is meant to defend the existing sy stem and the police also actively want to enforce the rules of said system \, therefore the police can never be neutral\, never objective\, never apo litical.\nEspecially queer people\, black people and people of color are e xposed to extensive structural violence. The discrimination and marginaliz ation of certain groups of people is the basis of capitalism. It builds on a racist pitting of workers against each other in order to guarantee chea p labor. At the same time\, sexist and heteronormative societal norms ensu re unpaid reproductive care-work in capitalism.\nAnti-racist and queer str uggles attack the very foundations of this society\, as they show the frag ility of the natural appearance of gender and power relations. A system\, which is based on exploitation and domination\, can only respond to attack s one way - with violence. Our protest is therefore not only directed agai nst the symptoms of inequality\, like police violence\, but against the st ructures as a whole.\nEspecially during Pride month\, the instrumentalizat ion of rainbow flags becomes visible again and again. Thus\, ironically\, the police who triggered the riots 52 years ago\, are driving through New York in a rainbow car today. Capitalist conglomerates such as BMW\, Merced es-Benz and Volkswagen\, for example\, seem to want to support queer peopl e - but only if "market-specific legal regulations and country-specific cu ltural aspects" allow them to do so. Accordingly\, they have changed their logos to rainbow colors\, but only in LGBTQIA+ "friendly" countries. Thus \, the supposed support of the LGBTQIA+ community only applies where corpo rations hope to see positive economic effects in the process\, and not whe re it is particularly needed.\nWhile large corporations (whose executive f loors are usually dominated by a white and cis heteronormative majority) c elebrate themselves for their alleged “tolerance”\, the LGBTQIA+ commu nity still has to deal with discrimination every single day. This is the c ase everywhere\, also in Germany.\nOnly recently\, German politicians bloc ked the passing of a resolution on the motion "Effectively fighting hate a nd incitement against LGBTI"\, the addition of the characteristic "sexual identity" to the anti-discrimination article that is anchored in the const itution\, and the replacement of the unconstitutional "Transsexual Act" wi th the Self-Determination Act. Furthermore\, gay and bisexual men in Germa ny are still not allowed to donate blood if they have had sex with a man w ithin the time span of one year.\nHate crimes against the LGBTQIA+ communi ty are also still prevalent in Germany. In 2020\, there were 782 crimes ag ainst the queer community. The number of unreported cases is estimated at 80-90%. Attacks\, discriminations\, insults and pathologizations are part of the everyday life of many queer people. According to a study\, 45% of r espondents often avoid holding hands with their partners in public because they fear hostility or violence.\nIt's not about making exploitation seem more colorful\, diverse\, or queer\, or hiding racist police violence beh ind a rainbow flag.\nIt's about drawing attention to the abuse and the fig ht against it. It is about putting an end to societal conditions based on the exploitation and degradation of people and its protection by police vi olence.\nWe do not want pseudo-visibility and tolerance\, we want structur al changes. We stand with all who rebel and we stand behind the protests a gainst police violence and violent structures. The first pride was a riot and the struggle is far from over.
